I have a 2000 4Runner that has the VIP3200 factory alarm installed in it. It has the 3 buttons on the front of the remote.with the panic button on the back. I believe that it is set on the valet mode. The remotes turn the alarm on and off. and it chirps. But the alarm will not activate when the doors are shut. (Passive mode) You close the doors,and wait 20 seconds. and open them back up and the alarm still won't acivate. The LED light on the dash blinks when I use the remote to turn it on, and the doors lock. I would like for somebody to help me out with this problem. I tryed to use the manual for the RS3000, But it did not work for this system. Does anybody have a manual for this VIP3200 alarm system that I could download and print up.
