Hello,

I am looking for a front skid plate for a 94 toyota 4x4 Pickup. Also if anybody has a crappy or good Alternator they would like too part with. I would be interested in that also. I was tighting my alternator belt and some how cracked the top ear. When taking the skid plate off getting the alternator out I put a hole right through it. Truck is a little rusty, but the frame and cab are solid. Go figure

where in NH . I have both off a 87 4runner with 22re I can ebay it too. I am in Ct .

 

Does the alternator have a round or oval plug on the rear?

I need the oval type

do you have a v6 or 4cyl? If it's a V6 then the alt. won't work. Sounds like that's what you got since you need the oval plug.
Check ebay for alternators. I just got an oval plug 3.0 alt for my 94 for $100! That's a hi-output one as well- 130amps compared to the wimpy 60amp stock one
Others may want to check that out as well. He's got great prices! Check out starters-alternators (his seller name) and tell him you want the same alternator that Rusty Davis just purchased....and no I don't have anything to do with this guy other than receiving a superior product at an awesome price!

Oh I have a stock skid plate too, but shipping may be a lot but keep me in mind if others fall through. I'll take $20+shipping.

Yeah it is a 22re under the hood. The plug is deffently oval. The Alternator is stock cause I am the original owner of the truck.
