2nd Gen Rear Wiper Not "Springing"

So this is the second '90 4Runner I've had and both of them have had the same problem. The rear wiper turns on and moves, but the spring doesn't bring it down into contact with the glass. I tried searching for a solution but couldn't find anything. I've tried WD40'ing the heck out of it with no success. Anyone have any success or seen this problem?

I had the same problem when I had my '90. Just needs a new arm. You could get one from the dealer for around $30 or so. Talk to strap22

Thanks! Yeah I tried going to the parts store and they didn't carry them. I guess I'll have to call Toyota.

talk to Strap, or visit his site. He can save you money. I have never personally used him as I get a better discount, but I have heard nothing but good things from members on here.

it says he hasn't logged on since the 14th, so chances are he doesn't come on here anymore, given all the recent Drama. but his website should still work.
