the following is to be read like the yelling dude with the beard that does the oxyclean commercials
want to add a quick 30+hp and 5 mpg? I did it to mine. Wait until your 4runner reaches 140k miles and starts misfiring like mine did. Take it in and have the plugs, wires and one bad coil pack replaced. And there you have it! No more filling up every 4 days. No more being outran by an explorer. It's like driving a brand new 4runner.
the following is to be read like the fast script in radio commercials
caution: unless your plugs are worn to where the gap is wider than the grand canyon, your wires frail and cracking, and coil pack that works when it wants to, this will not work for you.
