Rear bumper hanging?

Rear bumper hanging?
Hey guys, does it look like my rear bumper is hanging? I noticed last summer that it doesn't seem right but can't tell if the fronts too high, or the rear came down.

Just go wheeling once and smack the bumper on the ground during a departure up a hill climb it'll straighten her right out. If you loosen the mounts on the body and jack on it a little bit would probably straighten it right out.

A closer inspection revealed that not only is ist hanging, but looks like it got shoved in about 1/4" also. Guess I'll have to slide it out and raise up the back.
