getting ready to lift what should i do

alright i know theres alot of really smart yota lovers out there. ok so i drive a 99 tacoma 4x4 with manual hubs it does great offroad stock but some places that i go are just to hard for stock ride. so i am lookin for a lift that is for a budget but i dont want do mess my truck up with some sh*&^ lift. i have been looking the FABTECH 3.5" BASIC ADJUST, PRO COMP 4", or a 2.5" spacer in front and add a leaf in the rear with maybe a 1" body lift.[/B][/B] im pertty new to moding IFS, i know these are 3 really different lifts but i would just like some more info from some that knows or runs the product to help find the best product to fit my need i do drive this truck every day. im open for any new ideas thanks everyone Andrew

There are many options to chose from although with my setup i may need to add some steel bumpers to add alittle more weight to soften things up a bit.

If you want a better ride DONT us a spacer or a add a leaf. If you want a decent ride for reasonable price get a OME lift. If you want a good ride for more $ get some Donahoes for the front and denver leafs for the rear. my 2cents

i was considering a sway-a-way coil over that bolt to stock location and the stock a-arm setup, with the required valving already r&d. it's cheap it very reliable and get to hammer with out worring about bending some aftermarket bracket that you spent a ton of money on. Or you can just go big and go long travel with some coilovers an engine cage and figure something out for the rear.
