3.0 Removal

I just took the motor out of a 1990 4runner with a 3.0 in it. If that is not a job, I don't kniow what is?? I have 1 more to remove, and install, anybody have any tips??

umm if you did it once already, you should give tips to those that haven't!

Having lots of patience is about all that i can think of. oh and label everything.
