can anyone explain how a fairlead bolts u to my arb winch bumper. The winch sits feet forward so do i use the to holes on the fairlead to bolt to bottom feet on winch? if so how does the fairlead mount to the mount on the bumper?

yes I believe I used the bolts for the winch and went through the farlead.

 

On my 4runner arb bumper I had to re-drill the fairlead mount bolts. It mounts to the bottom holes.
