31x10.5 15 tires with 4" susp lift - will it look bad?

I currently have 31x10.5 15 tires and don't really want to replace them (at least until they have worn) and I am thinking of getting a 4" suspension lift. Does anyone have any pics of a truck with this setup of tires and lift? I am just worried that it's going to look horrible until I get bigger tires.

Comments appreciated....

It kinda depends on the offset of the wheels, and tread agressiveness of the tires.

For instance, 15X8 wheels with 31" BFG mud terrains and a 4" lift wouldnt look too bad in my opinion. It wouldnt look great either.

If you are talking about stock wheels and tires, I wouldnt do it. I think it looks wussy. My opinion. I would go 2" max with stock wheels and tires, even that would be pushing it.

Well, they are not stock wheels and tires, see links below for pics of how it looks now (stock suspension):

I've seen 4" lifts w/31s and I have to say it's a little ridiculous-looking. It's like a hardcore body-builder who forgot to work out his legs... I'd wait to do both items together or go with < 4" of lift if you're sticking w/31s.

My 2 bits for ya.

I put a 3" lift on my Taco...still running the 31's until they die.

I don't think it would look seriously bad with the 4" lift and 31's.

I'm building out my rig for capability, not looks. The lift will help out a little bit now (extra clearance, just not at the diffs), and you'll get the tires later. But that's just my opinion...
