After looking at my owners manual for my 94 v6 4wd. It showed a pic of the two radiators with the petcock on the 22re being on the passenger side and the 3vze being on the driver side. My v6 has a petcock on the passenger side which makes me wonder if I could possibly have a radiator made for the 22re. Anyone know of the difference?

v6 rads are bigger but they work in 4cly trucks. im pretty sure my v6 rad has the petcock on the pass side as to all the others i have seen.

 

I think the petcock on the 3vze is on the passenger side for 4x4 models, and is on the driver side on 2wd's. I could be wrong though, but I have one on the passenger side on my 91 3vze 4x4

 

Ok I was just wondering if back in the day when my radiator was replaced that they may have put the wrong one in. Thanks for the info

 

I'm pretty sure the 3.0 had a three row and the 22re has a two row radiator.
