aaargh! stupid tensioner

my ac drive belt tensioner will not loosen, i've pulled the bolt all the way out...has anyone else had to work through this??????

did you try to loosen the actual bolt that holds the pulley on too? that was really snugged down on mine and wouldn't allow the pulley to move even thought the tensioning bolt was fully backed out.
