Question, I have a 98 4Runner with the frosted headlights, i want to upgrade to the 99+ clear headlights and i want to know if they are straight plug and play or will i need to mod some?

Where do people get these headlights from? Obviously there's the dealer, but is there a place to get good deals on these?

Are people replacing the headlights with OEM lights, or are they replacing them with Aftermarket knock offs?
