Going up.. rear and rim ?'s

My friend is doing a solid axle conv. on his 94 6cyl. and he is hooking me up with his front end (fresh bushings, ball joints, and tie rods), rear, and 4" suspension lift. I have a 89 4cyl with a 3" body lift and 33"s. Obviously i'm gonna upgrade to 35"s.

Is there a difference in the front rears? His was freshly rebuilt so using his would be sweet.

Definately no problem with the suspension lift (Skyjacker) going on my truck right?

Since i'm getting bigger tires, I was going to get newer, bigger rims (16x8). Was gonna get these...

It states that they are "hub-centric". Will they work on my truck?

Thanks for your time.
