Wanted to see if I could find some answers here. I have an 84 Runner with a 22R. 135k miles. I have recently replaced my Aisin carb with a new Weber 38. After starting up the engine and going for a test drive, I noticed that my ac/heater control panel no longer worked, and my power windows were out. I looked like there was not power going to them. I believe I have checked every fuse an they all are good. Even to 2 behind the glove box are ok. Anyone out there got an idea what my next step should be? I cut 2 wires that I believe went to the oxygen sensor, but that was it. I a little clueless right now. Thanks for your help!

 

I assume these things that now don't work worked before the carb?

Sounds like those 2 wires might not have been what you thought.
