I have a 1985 Toyota extra cab 4x4 auto. it has a 22re with a broken piston but is in good shape still. I am rebuilding it and gonna order a complete kit, what do you guys think of this one?

I am also gonna get rid of all the emission stuff on it and have straight exhaust. What is the best header for under $200?

I also have a 87 extra cab 4x4 manual sr5 that has hit a tree. What parts if any should i swap? I am gonna swap the rear axle. I was thinking about changing front hubs but i cant afford the little adapter thingy.

Where can i find roll bars online?

Can i still expect to see atleast 20mpg with a rv cam and a complete rebuild and cleaning everything, and adding a less restrictive air filter and header with straight 2 1/4 or 2 1/2" exhaust?

The truck is bone stock now and i will do very little off roading with it, so what are some recommended mods?
I plan on doing the mods above and a 2-3" lift with new springs and 31" tires.
