I was actually asked by owner Jim of Inchworm Gear to bring down my FJ for a full installation a few months back.
I would have been the first FJ I think to have a crawler.

But alas I have no vacation time until spring, and California is a loooooong drive.
My rig would have been held up for quite awhile, as the gas tank needs to be modified, and I simply did not have the time to go down there.

We will have a blow by blow tech write-up on this too for the tech section here at Yotatech.

This will be cool to see it in action.

Hey Lance your link to the Inchworm site is broken. Here's the link to the gear driven t-case. Here is a link to the crawler box as well. I will post up a bunch of pictures once it's done.

I'd prefer a new Billet rear cover as well to relo the
-- speedo input
-- fill hole

THis MIGHT also make it possible to make it more "clockable" adding to a more universal appeal? (akak clock drivers side OR passenger side) - although I think oil slinging might get tricky with that...

Yes I will sas my FJ. Ideally I'd like to have it done next year, but will do it when I know it's going to work. I'm not going to rush the sas just for the sake of getting it done.

When Jim built the "lefty" cases he clocked them in his design. So they are clocked already. I don't remember exactly how much, but they are clocked already. When installed it should set above or just about even with the frame rails. The thing I don't know is if his adapters will allow you to clock it even more.

I dropped the trailer queen off at Inchworm today. They will be fitting it with the crawler box and Lefty over the next week or so. The gas tank modifications are complete and they are working on the adapters. The plastic welder cut a 3.5" section out of the tank, then welded the tank back together in order to make enough room for the installation.

Here are a couple of pics (click to enlarge the images):
