85 toyota 4x4 will not start

I have an 85 EFI. The truck has been running excelent until my wife drove it and got it hot. Now it will not start. I have check the spark, timing, fuel pressure and everything seems to be working ok. I have tried to start it with starting fluid and it still will not fire. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there sometimg I am missing? Thanks for any help.

What is it doing when you try to start it? Does it crank fast, slow, or not at all?

Assuming it is cranking and not firing, try this:
And also check that there are no air leaks in between the air filter and throttle body (i.e. look for cracks in the intabe plumbing).

If it is not turning over, try this:

It turns over real fast. I have lost compression. I pulled the head and the head gasket looked ok. I guess I am going to have to do a total rebuild.
