My friend has a 1990 4 runner 22re and the lever that controls the hot and cold air wont go passed half when trying to move it to heat. On my 84 i know there is a cable that runs off of the heater lever that opens and closes that water valve, i dont know if his is the same, but were going to try fixing it so he can have a heater so i need to know what i should look for and fix to make it work. thanks!
