CO Jeff does Hells Gate with his FJ Cruiser
I am sure many of you saw Miss FJ running Hells Gate in here stone stock FJ in this section when I put up a link to the video.
She is also on Toyota website under the FJ vids area there for Moab.
Here is another vid of the same area with Jeff running it in his rig.
Note how the tires are hugging the walls.

It didn't sound like it had exhaust to me.
Anyway, he flew through there! That one part about 3/4 of the way up is where I have seen videos of some pretty tricked out rigs doing a full gainer.

If that is the same jeep from before where the girl was driving it. I remember she couldn't see her spotter and thats why it happened that way.

Not sure.
Could the short wheelbase at all effect that Jeeps accent to make it tippy, or was it all spotter/driver error that lead to the roll?
Here is an Xterra rolling in Moab.
On the PC I am on right now there are no speakers, and no headphones.
There could be non work safe language, I do not know, so proceed with caution.

Yeah, I saw your name on Mo's video, pretty cool.
A bunch of here at work just watched it again, and Jeff flying up Hell's Gate.
He flew up it pretty fast compared to Miss FJ.
Watching both go up is pretty impressive though.

I've only seen one video online w/ the hells gate accident which is the url posted above. She was able to see the spotter and the ultimate cause was driver error from what I can see.
As for the xterra, it's a clear indication that it was the skinny pedal and yes he does try to throw his hand out. Not sure why he would do that besides panic! Word to the wise, don't throw your body parts out of your vehicle when it rolls... :pat:
I will say this much: Moab is a beast. The terrain is very different from any place that I've been and is not easy. It's beautiful but you really have to know how to ride out there or you'll definitely make mistakes. A quick trial and error on the "bump and go" has to be mastered or else you're stuck out there. It's a whole different style and if you're not used to it or have no experience, you're in for a big surprise. Even the simplest trails can suddenly become difficult.
I give props to anyone that ventures to Moab as it is clearly one of the best places to offroad. One day I'll go back

Everything I read was that when her "nose" went up she lost the spotter. I could be wrong though. I thought I read that in the other thread.
