JBL Changer...replacing it questions

I have an 05 4Runner LE with the internal cd changer 10 speaker JBL Synthesis.

I have been given a new head unit, has DVD, TV tuner, backup camera input, navigation, DVD WMA/AVI/MP3, Memory stick and i-Pod interface.

My questions:

1. What does the factory interface with?

2. Does it have external amplifiers? If so, where are they located?

3. How do the factory steering wheel controls interface?

4. Does any other system interface with it, such as the wireless keyless entry or alarm?

5. Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram that shows all the connections and interfaces?

It's been a long time since I toy'd with car stereos, just the occasional install for a friend or so, although I used to do custom car sound for a living back in my Crutchfield days (mid to late 80's).

I'm pretty adept at the technology so don't think your going to scare me or go over my head with tech...I will follow along with any information given.

Thanks

You mean there's no takers here?

Do I need to learn Japanese and go to a foreign site or something for help?
