Good morning everyone,

Long time since I posted.

I got a 97 4Runner that ran great when parked for the winter. Now it doesn't start. Cranks. But will not start. IAC was making some weird buzzing noises. So I replaced it along with TPS. It just cranks but will not start. If I hold the gas pedal down about half way it will start and sputter and run like garbage. If I let off the gas pedal it will die out. While it's running like garbage. Check engine light is on. So I hooked up my scanner and cannot connect to read codes. I swapped out ecm from a manual transmission, mine is an automatic. Same thing. Will not connect and not start. Have power at obd2 port and all fuses are good. I'm at a loss. Also. Have not checked fuel pressure. But I have plenty of fuel flow. Replaced fuel filter and the old one sounded like it had marbles floating around. Any help for next checks would be great. Against my better judgement. I'm about to slam a MAF in it and see what happens.
