Wheelers Wheels - 16x8 4.5BS or 4BS??

Wheelers Wheels - 16x8 4.5BS or 4BS??
So I keep hearing all kinds of "what you should run" as far as back spacing.
I've done searches, but no clear conclusion.
With stock upper arms - 4" BS is best?
With Camburg upper arms - 4.5" BS is best?
Or, should I just get the SS shaved arms and keep my stock rims?
So confusing.......

I went with 16x8 with a 4" backspace, and they come to the edge of my fender flares on my '01, if I didnt have fender flares I would have only gone with the 4.5", daily driver here, and I didnt want to ruin the paint. Just my 2 cents
