I was debating on putting them in my other 85....but I may keep it stock since its my DD and the 4.10s and 31 do just fine. I got them with the new 85 as they were replaced with 5.29's and Detroits, V6 housings

 

8" non-elocker rear third from my '99, 3.90 gears $130
I will throw in some 4.30 gears that should fit that for free if you buy it, the 4.30 gears have 2 chipped teeth on the pinion, but are useable, they came off of the e-locker I'm using now.

Damn...that sucks...both my 85s are brown/tan interiors..

Updated with the correct R&P 456 NOT 488. I looked at the codes on the ring gear on the front diff and saw 456. I will take pics and count teeth Tonight to be sure. The rear is still in the 85 axle so I will pull it out as well.

 

Anyone want any of the parts I have listed. I'm leaving thursday morning.
