22re no ignition after ECU short

Alright so here's the scenario.... I was adjusting the timing with a light and was trying to find the e1 and te1 to jump for that decrease in power like everyone mentions. I was not really able to find any connections that would cause the check engine light to come on so I just began to jump all the connectors that looked like they might work (yeah stupid plan I know). When doing so I jumped the connector which I believe is for the ECU (just stays clipped into the rubber port in the side of engine bay) and after a spark the truck shut off. Now when turning the key no check engine light comes on and the truck will turn over but not start. I'm thinking it isn't getting a spark because something shorted out I just don't even know where to start replacing stuff. I checked the fuses and they were all good. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Far right with paper clip wrapped around it. Two place connection. Circled in blue in last photo (4crawler)

You shorted out the oxygen sensor if I'm not mistake and probably roasted the efi relay. Get your volt meter out and start looking for battery voltage.
