Just picked this up earlier this week. Will be putting on some new tires, plus a new plug, oil change and some other general maintenance that I think was lacking the last...who knows how many years...Then ride it!

I don't have a street bike registered, sold the last one of them last August but, I'm building me another one because there is no noise on earth that sounds as good as a straight 6 through a Schüle 6-3-1 exhaust system. Too bad I can't afford another Schüle.
I am building a custom CBX out of 4 different year CBXs 79-82.
Rolling chassis is a 1982, 0 mile engine and carbs are 1981, fuel tank is from a 1980 and side covers are from a 1979.

 

My 72 Honda cb350f that was sitting since 2003 and started right back up in 2022 with a jump box and a little gas

 

I love retro bikes, I can’t remember if I posted my CT70, my lady bought it for me from one of her friends dad, it’s insured and licensed but I don’t ever take it anywhere, the one time I did I almost got erased……people up in the suburbs are absolute idiot drivers here in CO and now everyone’s on their phones it’s 10 times worse…

 

My 92 K75s. Owned it since new. Phenomenal bike!

 

New bars on the way. Snows melting.. should be knees to the breeze in a couple weeks!

Just picked this up yesterday for $6000 it’s a 2012 super tenere like 16,000 miles and fresh tires and rode it home

 

Honda XR600R 1991

 

This was my 1979 Honda CBX, I sold it in 2015 because arthritis took me out of the saddle.
It had CBR600 wheels, brakes and forks and handled fairly well for the huge bike it was.
The engine was a 0 mile tech school unit I had to open up to 1147cc because of atmospheric rust damage to the cylinder walls because it had no spark plugs for an untold amount of years.
I miss the bike but, am even less able to ride it now than I was in 2015 when I sold it.
