toyotafiberglass - NEW complete cab 79-83 4WD

well this is going to be a long term thread , so be sure to subscribe for updates .

We hope to have this done this year (2013) and for sale with 3 different options .
1. cab shell - for buggies and truggies
2. cab with steel floor for doved and tubed fronts
3. complete cab with front clip for resto units

options will include , roll cage , dash , door shells , + + ect , ect ....


We will also be building a new [SIZE="3"]Precision[/SIZE] Trekker using this new cab and our new Trekker back 1/2 .. so stay tuned for that


first part

just also to let you all know .. these parts and pieces will also fit a stock cab

here's a battery trey install + also , if you didnt know , ALL of our FRP parts are Chemical resistant including battery acid !!

Awesome job so far.... So this being a complete cab, are you going to stay stock on the interior or spice it up a bit with modern technology.
Will there be a kit to set this body on a newer frame?

interior will be up to the buyer .. nice thing with the FRP , is it's totally "modifiable"

We're startng off with "stock" mounts , but if all goes well , additions will come

An extra cab would be awesome, or a wider cab. Make it Tacoma sized or something. That would be amazing.

Mock up looks sick! Between this and the Trekker kit, my dream of building a resto-modded Trekker could be started from a frame and a title! Keep up the good work!

also did some mock up with a "cage" inbetween the inners and outers .. just because some people will have "issues" with thinking the FRP is not as strong as the beer can steel , we are going to be building these hidden cage parts as well .

Cab shell will be coming soon .. but shop is super busy .. so I can't say when

.. yeah , I know ...

no progress yet , we're actually waiting for a customer whom works for NASA , we're doing a complete resto for ..
we are going to be using his cab that we're replacing with one we have built for him already . He is due here in Aug.
