He also cleaned the axle and painted it. I am going to go up there tomorrow and see if anything else has been done, when I went monday nothing had changed from friday so he hadnt worked on it at all monday.

Front is done being rebuild, they just need to order the lockers and gears and then they are done, they havent put the axles in the front because they would just have to take them out anyway. but here is the latest pics

Drivers side done on the lift, and you can see my pile of IFS behind it, its the little pile on the left

This pic looks photoshopped I guess cause the axle is the cleanest part on this truck!

All done, lol this pic in on my background on my phone!!

Some new updates:

He is going to put the new steering box in because mine was leaking so bad. Then he is going to take apart the rear end and start on it, and start on the rear lift, so the end date is comming soon!!

89silverpu: Well around my city all I have is mud, but I do have a trailer now, and a tow vehicle. So I am planning on going to some OHV parks in Texas like Gilmer, Spring creek, etc.

86toyrunna: Im do plan on doing that stuff later, but I still concider being a beginner off road, and will be taking easy lines, and easy trails. I just dont think I have the experience to do all that super hard stuff, and dont think i really need it right now.

And I am getting really anxious now, he is finnaly starting on the back, so it will be sitting level soon!! I cant wait to see it with the new tires

Oh, and today I ordered a safari snorkel for my truck, I have always wanted one! I know I could have made one cheaper, but I am a perfectionist, and want it to look professional!

You may as well have them weld it up now so its done with and you don't take any chances...whats another $100 bucks to protect your front and rear axles?? It'd be cheaper than dealing with a bent axle...

Okay I just ordered my driveshafts from high angle driveline. $744, and I didnt the the super duper awesone D/s for the front cause I cant justify spending $950+ on a driveshaft that I might not be able to use when I do dual Cases in a couple of years!

And I had them order the wrong gears and locker for the front diff, I was a little confused from my last forum site and had them order hi-pinion gears and locker and I dont have a hi-pinion diff!! I read on wildyoats.com a long time ago that thats what the front diff was called on all solid axle toyotas!!!! Now I feel stupid!!!

You should definitely leave the ghey airbrush art work. It almost dares someone to say something stupid...as you drive across their hood. lol

I have been following along. Nice rig mate!

lol One day it will be gone, but I think I agree with stagger. Dares someone to say something!!!

The guys at the shop told me that my truck has got the most interest from people walking up just to look at it, there is also a guy that come up almost every day to see what the progress is!!
