Unable to find adjustment screw, 1991 pu v6 3.0.Haynes manual shows under rubber plug on throttle body. can t find it here. Idles at 1400rpm. rpm surges when brake peddle is depressed. techs tell me to turn idle screw.

I mucked about with this screw you have pointed out, it doesnt seem to change my idle. Should I be making bigger adjustments, I turned it one full turn.

 

keep turning it tell it changes if it dont may be something else wrong
