Hi, I tried to start a new thread asking this question, but it said I wasn't able to. I assume new account. Anyway, I was hoping you could help with my issue. 1994 22re pickup dlx 2wd 5 speed 300,000. It has a click no start issue. I'm getting a drop in voltage between whats at the battery and the starter. I was going to try the starter relay mod next, but wasn't sure if 1994s were affected by this issue?
Thank you, I really appreciate any help!

    Hello Ray,

I've been reading your posts on the starter circuit wiring flaw, and after following your recommended troubleshooting, it appears I have the wiring issue in my 1991 3VZE M/T 4Runner. In reading the thread about JPL's intermittent no-start, it looks like you sent him a Starter Relay Retrofit Kit. Would I be able to purchase the same kit from you? My starter relay is also located above the driver's side fuse box.

    Thank you for your help!
