so, im in the shop pulling my rig to peices for a few more months before i take a few more months to put it back together, so who's doin what, where,
tinkering? swapping? crawling? bogging?

I'm in East Van, daily driving my 87 4runner. Sheared the downpipe up Harrison West a couple weeks ago so I'm looking for a downpipe and/or deciding on getting a new header.

I looked at a Doug Thorley someone was selling, he had the same one installed on his 87 already but showed me where it had to be bent to fit his exhaust. I wasn't to stoked on buying a $400 performance header and having it not fit properly out of the box so I didn't buy it.

Haven't done much to my rig yet, just some bj spacers and new OME suspension all around. I replaced all the steering components up front, cv's, rebuilt the hubs and repacked the front wheels with new bearings. I also had to replace the front calipers, im hoping to rebuild the old ones for spares. Running 31" KM2's. I'm hoping to get a locking rear and regear for 33's or 35's over the winter.

I haven't had my truck on the road for long but have spent some time up Harrison West, Squamish and Harrison East this summer.
