Does anyone know of a program or weather site that offers something to where the current local weather can be displayed on my desktop? I've been searching but can't seem to find one. I was browsing another site and guys had there home screens posted and it would show like the temp, humidity, cloud cover, etc. Thanks

 

google desktop will do it for you.. i have google everything on my computer.. i love it

 

Weather.com has what you're looking for. I have it on my desktop. It stays in my task row w/ the current temp showing. When I want more details, I double-click and there's the 10-day forecast.

Yahoo widgets are your friend. I've been using them for a while, they work great.

 

a company named stardock makes a lot of desktop enhancement software. if you'd like some, let me know. object dock is what you'll like! i will send u screens...just let me know

 

yeah i had a couple different desktop themes from stardock/desktopX or whatever.. i ultimately deleted the whole deal after a few months cuz it wasnt practical and made other things a pain to do and i got tired of the widgets screwing up etc etc..

 

yea. i only use 2 or 3 of their programs. if you like graphical and active desktops, stardock is for you though. lol
