You could find logs stored on YT's servers, and map them to his username. If you scanned ports on the server and somehow allowed yourself remote access to internal hosts, THEN you could look through logs. Or somehow gained admin priviledges. What exploits in the software would give you access to his IP address?

Of course you would need much more than his public IP address to attempt any kind of break in. Most ISPs now assign dynamic IP addresses to their customers, and then most customers use DHCP to dynamically assign an address their hosts (unless its a server).

Speaking of FF4... Anyone else notice that on 4:3 screens in FF4 that the post editor doesn't seem to re-size anymore and sticks way out?

 

EDIT oh wait, yup but only in advanced mode.

 

It may just be my machine but I noticed a small problem with ff4... I was a beta tester for it and it was great way faster than 3.1 but when they released the full version of 4 all of a sudden it would hang up/bog down and than lock up. I had to completely remove 3.1 and reload a full version of 4 and than delete the beta version... seems to work ok now...
still miss the multi-back button from 3.1 though...

off topic what is this "opera" you speak of mags?

Opera is just another browser, like IE, FF, Chrome, etc

OperaMni is big on cell phones usually because it normally has a ton more features than the original browser in the phones OS. I use to use it with my old Windows Mobile phone because the mobile version of IE sucked even worse that the full desktop version, if that's even possible, lol

 

Opera is a browser made by snobs for other snobs that also happens to pioneer a lot of things that eventually show up in other browsers, tabbed browsing being one of those things for instance. It is an extremely feature-rich piece of software that finds itself used mostly by geeky types who want a browser than can park their car while wiping their bum out of the box instead of using plugins to do it. It's more than just a browser, it's a complete internet experience and includes clients for a heck of a lot of non-web related protocols.

Remember when Amazon had that Mechanical Turk thing where they wanted people to do repetitive and menial tasks for a small monetary reward? They would also pay you a pittance of like 2-20 cents per completed "turk" or job. There was a plugin for Opera that would automatically complete the "find the businesses described in this collection of photos" jobs for you with about the same accuracy as a human, except it could do it way faster and on multiple tabs concurrently, all you had to do was close and open jobs when they completed. Only Opera was capable of doing it (or rather only Opera had the support at the time the plugin required). Got a lot of free books that way.
