If you haven't reformated yet try puting the windows disk and do a repair install. Otherwise I'd recommend getting an external usb drive to get all your data off the current drive then reformat. If you can't ene get the system to do that then take that usb drive and put your drive in it take it to a freinds house and transfer the data there, not the whole drive just your data. Pic music the like then reformat it
