Computer help needed

I am getting the following error message when I try to access a specific web site. As far as I can tell it is only this one site, but I can't understand any of the stuff that comes up when I try to Google the message. Any help here would be appreciated. The error message is:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

what browser are you running, is it up to date?

even with that, this is most likely caused by the website itself, nothing you can do on your part but email them i guess.

I'm running IE and it should be up to date. It is just the one site, but other people are accessing the site fine.

Are you behind some kind of firewall? Is this happening at work, school or home?
