Cant see other drives after WinXP install

Cant see other drives after WinXP install
I have three hard drives, i reinstalled windows XP on my OS harddrive, but now i can not see the drive in windows, they show up when the computer boots, and in hardware manager you can see them and it says they are working fine.
I also had a partition on each that was running a little bit of harware raid.
now nothing shows up in exsplorer?

Can you view it with MS's Tweakui?

So two of my hard drives where dynamic, and now the only choice i appearently have is to convert back to basic and format, however the one drive has 80 gigs of music, pictures, backups.
Is there anyway to get XP to use a dynamic disk whith out creating it itself?
