Don't remember the name of the program I have at home, but it rips DVD to AVI using the Divix codecs. Works great about 700mb files. You can then burn them to SVCD and watch on any computer. They are just the movie file no extras.

I wouldn't want to store the extras on the computer anyway. I can always pop the DVD in to watch those. Just trying to set up an easier way to play movies.
