My friend Andy who I setup a VB site like this one needs some character added to it.

Here is the basic index page I made.

The index page is very basic, about the max of my webpage making skills.
The forum now on the other hand that is linked from that index page looks pretty darn good I think, I designed it, and made the two different colored templates, green (apg1) and red (apg2) in the forum selection drop down list just like YotaTech has here.

What he would like is a new index page perhaps incorporating some Flash for the menus that point to the forum and the monitor status pages.
Also we have two banners over there, a green one for the green template, and a red one for the red template.
I did not create the banners, some other guy did.

Here are two UT sites I have bookmarked with logo banners.
The first one has a simple banner that is static except for Xan's eyes, you can see them flash.

Andy will pay $$$ to have this done.
Requirements are a banner that uses UT2004 and Counter Strike Source artwork.
I do not have a source for the CSS stuff, but I have quite a few UT pics to work with in a zip file here.
Around 5 MB or so...

The banners he has now are pretty good, we are just looking around to see if someone can come up with something even nicer.

Like mentioned, Andy will pay for someone to create a nice index page.
The page would also have to have the links on it as it does now for TeamSpeak to download the app, and also the link to click on it to join the default lobby as a guest for TS.
You can see all of the code I already inputted in the source code for the index page.

So if anyone can help out, just reply here and let us see what you can do.

Okay, I need a few things.

1.Do you have cgi/php support? if not.. thats alright.. just makes things a tad more difficult. If you don't know contact your webhost.

2.I cant use work created by others, the work has to be original at most. I may be able to pull off a few.

3.Whats your targeted price range?

I should be able to set up a decent Index page with a "Recent news" section, all the links you need, website satictics, a login area so you can make changes to the site on the fly from a console.

As for the banners I'll toy with some flash, otherwise I'll just animate a *.*gif files. The quality may be a lil lower than flash but you can bearly even notice it.

Email me any information that you might also want on the index page.
I can make a flash intro with some rock music.. flash some pictures up of diffrent video games ect.. It'll take me a week or two to do the flash parts.. seeing as how I'm pretty amature when it comes to flash.

So decide on a price and give me an email with it, I'll respond the same day and most likely start work on the index itself asap.
