I have a tech license, but don't want to post my call because like someone mentioned, it can be traced, and I had a bad experience with that.

The ARRL world headquarters is one town over from me, so that's where I got my license. After that I kinda got talked into going to the local HAM club meetings. They were nice, but they were all fat old people, and they had a hard time understanding that at my age, sitting in my basement chatting with old fat people on the radio is not high on the priority list. Long story short, one of them got my address and and home phone and kinda stalked me for a bit, trying to talk me into drinking and watching porn with him. I stopped going to club meetings after that.

I still have a period 2m Kenwood rig in my 4Runner for emergencies, but I don't really use it.

I'm a ham as well but active as I once was. My fav was the fox hunts. I too really do not wanna post my call sign so 73's de me.

KS6. checking in from /southern Cal.
I’ve had my extra for years. First lic. Was in 72’ upgraded to extra around 1995 or so. Used that Call for years and just recently changed to KS6. when available to help my CW contacts go up a bit for the rare ones.
rigs set up is 160-440 all modes and CB AM/FM/SSB in a 13’ FJ TT with Icon stage 6, f/r locked, winch, etc...on 35 Goodyear Kevlars.
