Blue wire w/ white line for the CB?

Blue wire w/ white line for the CB?
Does the blue wire with a white line in the factory stereo loom go to an optional power antenna? It's just sitting back there in the loom not connected to anything and I want to use it to power my CB.
I'll grab a test light tomorrow to check it I was just wondering if any of you have used the same wire for a CB.
