Wiring my Audio Setup???

Wiring my Audio Setup???
Here is what I have:
Alpine 9813 HU
Avionixx 440.4 to power 2 CDT CL-61 and 2 CDT-5X (85X4)
Hifonics BX1000D to power 1 ED 10o.44 sealed (500X1)
My question is this...should I run 0 ga from the battery to a fused Distribution block and go 4 ga to each of the amps or is that overkill? also should I ground through a non-fused distribution block? After searching through this site...which is great by the way...I see that most folks are running 4 ga to D-block to 8 ga to the amp.
