no, only 1/2 the same. both he and i said that the point is to MAXIMIZE wattage, but he also said to MAXIMIZE OHMS, when in fact, you have to MINIMIZE ohms to the safest point that your amp can handle. this "point" will be where you get the most power out of your system...

yes, it might not be the "perfect" for those CVRs, as they max out at 800 watts, but if he's careful and doesn't go crazy with the db boost and gain, they should pound in his ride quite nice. but by far nothing like my 3 premier 12s....lol! j/k!

How so? it's the perfect amp.
2 ohms dvc x 2 is a 2 ohm load. Thats where this amp puts out max power. It will POUND....

well whenever i get this amp, ill post up a vid of the body panels shaking. when i hooked up a VERY SIMILAR amp you could actually see the body panels and the windows flexing!

i didn't mean it wasn't a good amp, just meant he will need to be careful and not turn the amp up too much. but yes, that amp with those subs WILL POUND!! i'm definitely interested in seeing the video...
