Ipod Nano or Ipod Shuffle?

I was looking at these both last week as I have an aux jack in my car now and I never had a MP3 or Ipod before. Could anyone here point me in the right direction or some feedback on pros/cons of each model? I do know the shuffle does not have the screen, is that the breaker?

PS... I also know to stick with a Belkin or Appple Charger and not the ebay deal.

Thanks again,

Rob

the shuffle is just that...it shuffles the song so you cant pick the song that you want, hence the no screen. The nano on the other hand is what I would get. It is small, holds 500+songs and its easy to use and pick whatever you want to listen to.

Pony up the money and get at least a 30g since anybody that buys the smaller sizes seems to regret it after they get it filled up easily and then get bored with the songs. I have 4500 files on mine and still have 5g left.

The 4g is $250 so i don't see what another $50 is.

I bought a 4 gig mini back about a year ago and still only have 400 songs on it. Who really needs 10000 songs honestly

i've got a 20gb full, as well as having a motorola slvr that only holds 100 songs. I use the slvr more than I do the 20gb now, so i would say a nano would be plenty, and def. a better choice over the shuffle.
