Okay so I have a rockford fosgate p300-1 amp and a kicker compvr dvc 2ohm sub. I am trying to find out how I should wire my sub. Bc I want too wire it at 1ohm because its a lot louder but I had a brand new fosgate punch p2 on the same amp and I wired it at 1ohm and the voice coils burnt up. Why does it keep doing this when those subs are only 400 watts (rms)??????
