GPS/DVD/Stereo?Reverse Camera Install?!?!?
I recently came across a DVD/GPS/Stereo that also has an option to install a reverse camera on ebay. I've also found them at a few online stores and was wondering if anyone else has upgraded their 3rd gen stock stereo to a touch screen navigation/DVD stereo? They claim it is a direct replacement for the stock unit and you only need to run an extra wire/antenna for the GPS to function (the rear view camera is sold seperately for about $35.00). I'm wondering if anyone else has done something similar on their 3rd gen
4 Runner and if they have any advice to pass along? I think this would be an awesome mod if it in fact works and would really freshen up the look of the stock dash instantly. One thing that caught my attention though was that this unit is advertised for a 2002-2009 4 Runner and I thought the 01 & 02 were identical???? Thanks for looking,
