Talking in dash stereo jack finished!

I have a pioneer DEH-P2000 deck in my truck, and I found the wiring diagram for it on the internet. about an hour and $5 later, I have a 1/8" stereo jack flush in the trim next to the stereo. I can plug in my laptop, or an ipod or anything else with an audio jack and play it through the stereo in my truck. I wired it so the stereo jack corresponds to the AUX input on the deck. SWEET!

sorry, no pics of the install, and the stereos installed again (but it works flawlessly) :bounce2:

I don't have the pics here with me, but I can post the pioneer ip bus wiring diagram when I get home, if there's interest. I think this may actually be a universal thing for pioneer decks --if they all have the ip bus-- and is a good ($5) alternative to buying the pioneer audio out adapter for $40

maybe i'll rip out my dash and do a quick writeup too, but that might take some coaxing..
