CD/DVD wiring glitch? Help?

If I have five apples, and I eat three how many do I have left?If I have five apples, and I eat three how many do I have left?
I just recently installed an XO Vision XO1930 CD/DVD player into my '04 4Runner and noticed a bit of a glitch. Everything operates as should when the lights are not on, but when I turn my lights on, the home screen switches to an all blue "CAM" screen and I lose my video (audio from cd/dvd still plays). I am not able to control any functions when on the "CAM" screen. Possibly a wiring glitch? Any ideas? Thanks!

double-check your wiring -- you probably hooked the dash illumination line from the 'yota harness to "cam activation" lead on the head unit.

x2 Windsor. You mixed up the dash illumination wire from your vehicle with the sensor for the reverse light that connects to the optional backup camera which apparently you do not have. Fix the harness and you should be good to go.

you have two apples. you have two apples. Oh, and a wiring problem.
