Another speaker question - JL Audio???

I have heard JL subs - and they are GREAT! What about the rest of their speakers - i.e. tweeters, 4" and 5 1/4"... Any opinions?!?!? Thanks!!

Talking

JL has a Badass component set! Base model subs are very nice too. W1's are supposed to replace the W0 mode,l they are even better more power and tighter sound too!

IMHO, buying stock-sized speakers is kinda a waste of time... I upgraded all four in my 'runner to fosgate, and it still sounds like ass.

I have a JL system in my 4Runner. XR Speakers in the front and back. w3v2 subs in the back with 500/1 amp to the subs and a 300/4 amp the speakers. It sounds great. Even the bass will tickle your ear feet away from the car. I would def recommend JL.

I've busted a girls ear drum with mine. Her equilibrium was off for a few days and fluid was comin' out her ear. ROFL. You will def be satisfied if installed right.

Just installed a set of XR components in a newer mustang convertible. I don't know crap about the cars, but its the model year right before the current one. The XR components do sound nice, but the midbass is non-existent.
