Is this an amp?

Is it worth keeping? I am installing a new Pioneer in my 4Runner, and the Scosche connector I bought won't work with the plug from this unit.

It's the OEM amp. Not worth keeping IMHO. Sell it on ebay for $20. You can get another $30 or so for the OEM radio.

Thanks guys. I've never had anything but stock radios. Man, I am impressed with the new Pioneer! Night and day over that stock piece o' crap. Speakers next!
