3rd gen trunk mesurements

3rd gen trunk mesurements
I am building an enclosure for my 3rd gen 4runner and want it to tuck the box under the hatch cover. Would someone please measure:
1) the distance from the back of the rear seat (top, right below the cover) to the rear edge of the hatch cover (in the rolled up position)
2)from the floor to the lowest part of the bottom of the cover in the rolled up position too so I can set the height of the enclosure. I am making the box 38.5" wide, which is between the wheel wells, on the floor.

I dont have a cover yet. I have a free weekend and want to get the enclosure built, but without the cover, I can't really measure it myself.
