2 12' infintys one sub not flexing like the other

Hey i recently bought 2 12' infinty reference subs from my friend and i noticed that one of the subs flexes a lot more than the other sub but the sub not flexing as much is still producing sound. Any idea what could be happening to cause this and could the on sub be blown possibly?

Thanks

Equal balance to them? full power through the wiring to both sides? Weak/blown channel in the amp , popped speaker just a few things that come to mind you may want to check
